I was delayed for 1hr 30min before pickup and the bus took different routes entirely. The Bus route was from London to Edinburgh and to Aberdeen but the Bus went through Sheffield, Leeds, Durham, Newcastle, Edinburgh and then Aberdeen. We got to Aberdeen 3am which about the schedule. Driver didn't allow me to carry one of my luggage which was left in London. It is really unfair to me
