My review is not precise because the situation was different. Because the National Express bus from Luton airport departed 25 minutes later than scheduled and dropped the passengers 5-7 minutes away from Victoria Station, I missed the bus to Ross-on-Wye by merely 4 minutes. After waiting in the queue at the information desk for more than half an hour I got some help from the manager Kazeem (I hope I spelled his name correctly) who booked me for the 15:00 bus to Gloucester from where I was able to reach my destination more than two hours later than I planned. I appreciate the manager’s kindness and help, but I am greatly disappointed with the service of National Express on my trip from Luton to Victoria coach station and then to Ross-on-Wye.
