The communication methods to explain late buses, and labelling was very poor. Screens are often used in other lines, but this didn't exist. I was really disappointed. The bus apparently had USB ports, but the driver had no idea where they were.
Great staff. Most people were respectful and wore masks. I felt too close to the person next to and behind.
Wi fi trouble didn't work at all, driver very helpful and friendly. Bus clean and arrive on time.
