Amazing driver very nice. There were too many stops and stops that had no passengers so sort of a waste of time.
Very satisfied with the staff, services and cleanness of ALSA
I had a very good experience with ALSA. The purchase of the ticket, online, was easy. The buses are clean and comfortable. The driver was polite and helpful. The departure and arrival was on time. I will use ALSA in the future and I recommend them for the excellent services they provide.
The driver does not speak English and did not really care that I could not understand him.
I waited at the designated ALSA bus stop at Madrid Airport T4 from 0730. The bus to Murcia due at 0845 did not arrive. I was forced to purchase another ticket for a later bus at 1145. This is unacceptable and I want a refund.
The bus didnt arrive on time and eventually I had to get a later one and the staff at the office charged me extra 15€ for something that wasnt my fault.
good hospitality and careful driving
great rates and great people. tks
First time using the service and would recommend it without hesitation.
It was great to have my ticket "in-hand" before getting to the hustle and bustle of the station. I was even able to pick my seat ahead of time ensuring leg-room and a great view.
Met nice people. But Terminal 4 is way too far!
