There were not enough drivers so our bus was full. And other clients could not get on the bus at all. Also the bus came at 0:45 instead of 11:30 pm
Nice clean bus, good driver, all good
The bus didn’t even stop at the stop I payed for a ticket to (Buelington
Smooth ride. Bus driver provided all the information needed prior and during the ride.
Bus was clean compare to the last one I took from New York.
Not bad no one got their head chopped off
Nice trip but WiFi did not work
Driver was great. Easy quick trip, nice drive. The driver got us there 20 minutes early. I’d rather take the bus than drive.
I usually have good experiences with Greyhound besides the bus driver coming in late from time to time. Today the bus driver left Montreal and then he hit a road work sign and broke the mirror of the bus. We had to drive all the way back to Montreal and take a new bus, which was dirty and had trash in it. We got to destination an hour and a half late. Also the driver seemed lost a couple times during the trip.
Great as always
Good trip all round Driver was very informative and pleasant
horrible ticket staff
Driver very nice and trip very confortable
Bus was dilapidated wreck. Bathroom disgusting.
Wasn’t necessarily the fault of greyhound but 2 passengers were detained at customs and there potentially should be a better prescreening or policy that passengers should potentially have to wait for the next bus if they knowingly travel with passport issues
The bus driver went off track and took us 2 hours around montreal in rush hour traffic to realize that he wasn’t going the right way and didn’t know how to get back.
Bus was late because of border delay. No fault of the driver
Very clean comfortable bus. WiFi intermittent
The delay was caused by a problem between US immigration/customs and some passengers.
The Wifi did not work in the bus
Spacious seats, reliable transportation; recommended.
A little more comfort like: toilet open, cleaner and functional for 2hours.
Bus being late was not an issue - border crossing took longer than expected. No working wifi was poor however
The bus driver was great. He apologized for Greyhound's inability to find him a bus that was safe and in working order. It took 2 hours. At no time did Greyhound announce a delay or what the problem was. They did not apologise at all while we were waiting. The wi-fi on the bus was terrible.
All good thanks
Left my suitcase on bus at burlington airport. Kammy at the airport was great in helping me get it back . And Thanks to Joey at greyhound station in Boston he made sure my suitcase was sent back on bus from Boston and I got it in Burlington. What a relief
Bus was an hour and forty-five minutes late, the driver told us to get out of the bus at a bus stop that wasn't ours and that another bus will come soon to pick us up. What kind of service is that!?
Enjoyed the ride
A brief indication of why the bus was late would have been appreciated. Bus however was very comfortable and smooth running
