The bus was canceled and never came. I received no notification of the cancelation and instead had to search the bus itinerary to find out.

The drivers were very understanding.
Our driver was very nice but it was a little disappointing to arrive at Boston since I was attending a basketball game and we were late to the game

The staff were lovely and the journey was fine. However our bus was over an hour late to Burlington. Then around 2 hours late into Boston.
It was a comfortable ride and it arrived on time. The bus drivers were professional and friendly
The driver had a problem entering the boston area. He was going in curcles for over an hour an a half.

Went from Burlington to Boston. 2 1/2 hours break in White river Junction instead of 25 minutes. No explanations. Nearly missed my back-flight to Germany. Never again!

it's not nice when you have to wait outside for the bus for over an hour at 2:30am in the morning ( its understandable for 10-15 minutes late but not over an hour)

The bus promised to be 3 hours late and delivered only 1.5 hours meaning not only did I miss my connecting bus but I missed the bus itself and had to pay to get to the second location.
We had to wait outside in the cold for 50 minutes until the bus showed up. It was scheduled to leave at 6:45, with a note to arrive 30 minutes before- and did not even show up until 7:35. My advice is to have someone there to come out and at least notify the customers that the bus will be late. The driver was really nice and professional once the bus showed up, but it would be nice to have an inside location to wait in the future.
So crowded and the leg room seems much tighter than on other coaches.
Mixed information from the email, the station, and the bus driver resulted in a lot of confusion, and customer service was not helpful in resolving this. I want to see these issues dealt with before I consider traveling with Greyhound again.
Great service. Great drivers. Ok time for the most part.
It was very good the only disappointment I had was that I had to alter 3 tickets and was very disappointed that I had to pay more money for the change even though the bus wasn't full and I gave 4 days notice.

It was in one and a half hour late...
I have been on Greyhound bus rides about 10 times in the last three years and they all have been good but this ride was incredibly timely and we arrived 10 minutes early, yet still with enough time to make appropriate stops and take time for food and bathroom breaks. I'm incredibly happy with this trip thus far!
Had a really good experience and the driver was super nice
After reading that we had to check in 30-45 mins before boarding there was nowhere to do that so we had to stand in the cold for almost an hour before the bus arrived.
Two buses came and both were full. I have never experienced such an unprofessional company in all my years of traveling. The list of possible improvements is endless, but by the attitude of some of your drivers and the disgraceful way greyhound conducts business, I would say you are not bothered about the comments and suggestions of your customers.
The bus was over 2 hours late so I had to rent a car and drive to Boston otherwise I might have missed my flight. So a terrible experience which coast me a lot of Money! Will I get a compensation for my expenses? The week befor my husband took the same bus and was one hour late. Never again!
The drivers were nice, pretty good timing, however due to a problem with the wheelchair lift, the bus was 40 minutes late
