Not satisfied. It was too warm inside the bus and driver never turn on air conditioning system.

The journey was great. Only the road was a little rough and the driver had to brake suddenly a few times. But the driver was very kind and nice

It was a raging snowstorm. Our driver kept us safe and we got to our destination in one piece.

Le voyage en train était bien sympa. Mais je n'ai pas pu amener mes valises qui dépassaient 23 kilos. Quand mes enfants ont voulu payer le poids excédent, la dame qui les servait a refusé, soit disant qu'il n'y avait plus de temps. Et qu'ils devaient ajuster les poids.

Nice driver. However very very uncomfortable seats. My back hurt for the whole trip as they are too straight. Will try the competition next time to compare.

First time tour express. Good conversation with the others. The only thing I did not like was the answer to my qyestion about where is the berri station for the NYC bus. The man directed me to a white light which was the old dilapedated Voyageur station. I was on the corner of Berri near St. Hubert. Good thing I knew about the location of the new station further down the street!
