Couldn’t board the coach as it was over an hour late at the pick up point, which would have made me miss my flight out of Heathrow. I therefore had to forfeit my already paid for ticket and quickly make alternative arrangements. I waited for over an hour at the pick up point with no updates available on times/delays. I luckily found out from another passenger who learnt of the delay on Google. Good old Google!
