This bus service has high potential but suffers from lack of attention to details. First of all, it arrived late for pickup. Then, it was dirty. The bathroom was filthy. And the people never were made to line up to board, it was a mess of people trying to enter first. Even the men cut in front of women. Nobody cared. What I like though, is that when we got off the bus, the driver was helpful in telling us where to go for the visa and bathrooms, that was very kind.
The bus was cancelled without prior notification. Waited for hours and the bus did not come. Eventually found out that the bus from Puerto Montt was cancelled. Had to buy a bus ticket to Osorno and then stay overnight in order to take another bus by Via Bariloche from Osorno to Bariloche. However, in this case, I wasted one night of hotel I booked at Bariloche (too late to cancel because it was already the check-in date), and I also had to suddenly look for a place to stay at Osorno.
We got really worried and concerned that we lost the bus. No one from the company told us it was late. It was an unpleasant start of the trip and we arrived way later than we were supposed to arrive in Bariloche.
Generally fine. Luggage on and off the bus took some time. Also no storage for hand luggage on the lower floor of bus. One of the Seats we had constantly reclined. Our seats were also dirty when we came onboard.
