Cold Shot Red Deer Dawson Creek recent customer reviews
Terrible, there is no clear pickup spot allocated, and no information about where the bus will be stopping. I was left at the the Flying J by the driver, and the Circle J staff, while initially trying to be helpful, accepted no responsibility.. Cold Spot could not be reached as mail box was full. Cold Spot was useless when confronted later, as well as the next day. Their response was to cover for my being left at the pickup, rather tried to shift blame as opposed to custumer service. Never deal with these people, they offered no resolve other than to try to blame the customer as keeping the money was their top priority
