Unfortunately my partner and I were very disappointed with our service at rider express from Revelstoke - Banff. Firstly our bus was meant to arrive in Revelstoke at 12.05am but was 2hr 20min late. As the weather was pretty extreme outside we had to ask the hotel adjacent if we could wait inside. When the bus arrived, we were not met with my apologies or explanation. Instead, we provided our details and packed our luggage onto the bus. Then as soon as we were seated the bus driver told us we weren’t allowed on our phones whilst he was driving. This came as a shock as it was a 5/6hr trip and we didn’t see this mentioned in any t&c’s. This was a very disappointing experience and thought it ought to be something we mentioned in our review.
