First driver to Kamloops was wonderful, professional and patient. Second driver to Vancouver was a jerk. Yelled at passengers who clearly didn’t speak English. Kept repeating instructions they obviously didn’t understand but progressively louder. Made everybody on the bus feel pretty uncomfortable. Also bemoaned passengers for getting off the bus at Kamloops to stretch their legs, despite us being encouraged to do so by the previous driver.
