My bus was clean, comfortable and not too crowded. The drivers dealt with a significant hi way closure very effectively and kept us informed of the delay. This is the best way to get from Revelstoke to Vancouver, much better than trying to find a flight.

First driver to Kamloops was wonderful, professional and patient. Second driver to Vancouver was a jerk. Yelled at passengers who clearly didn’t speak English. Kept repeating instructions they obviously didn’t understand but progressively louder. Made everybody on the bus feel pretty uncomfortable. Also bemoaned passengers for getting off the bus at Kamloops to stretch their legs, despite us being encouraged to do so by the previous driver.
