Your driver between Calgary and Edmonton was rude. The bus from Banff was over half an hour late, I was waiting outdoors for 30 minutes at below freezing temperatures. Your online support was good. Mimi was very pleasant and very helpful. I won’t take the bus again unless there is no choice.

We enjoyed the trip, but we do have a few comments to make.
Number 1) we were sold tickets as a couple but we were not seated together for each part of our trip. Why was this.
Number 2) the transfer points were not well organized for someone who was not familiar with the Alberta bus system. We were dropped off in parking lots with very little information as to where and how to proceed to the next leg of the trip.
The drivers were very friendly and helpful. The Banff to Calgary bus did not provide wifi nor was I able to charge my phone during the trip.
