Usually the ALSA buses have been good. But on this one the AC did not work for the first 3 hours, until many people had complained many times. The power (ie to plug phones into) did not work for the entire 9.5 hours.
I had a very bad experience once with Alsa but this one was very good and changed my mind about the company. I will use it again
