I was miserable the entire ride because the nasty A/C water was leaking on me
The driver was nice. There was an issue with the bus and we had to switch buses in Orlando. Then there was an issue with that bus and we were stranded at the Pompano rest area. My mom came to get me there. This was after already being over an hour late. I don’t think the bus ever made it to Fort Lauderdale.
Worst experience ever!! Got water all over me because the A/C started leaking
Excellent staff and great service
Very Satisfied. Would Use RedCoach Again.
Great service and would highly recommend this bus service.
My driver Tyler was awesome, however the bus itself was defected. The horn was going off on its own and as a passenger on a 10 hour ride that was quite annoying. Overall everything else was great.
The trip from Tallahassee to Gainesville was great. Not too crowded and the bus seemed new and well maintained. However, I picked up a seat mate on the first stop and noticed how cramped the two of us together were. The bus was full and space was cramped and crowded. My driver was excellent though and we had a smooth ride. I can’t say the same for my driver on the 2nd bus from Orlando to Ft. Lauderdale. The announcements were poor and
The employees overall were not very good with the exception of the last bus driver.
They cancelled my bus twice with zero notification.
They overbooked. The bus was 2 hours behind schedule which made setting time to be picked of at station tricky. Family was waiting on me.
The only disappointing thing was NO wifi on the bus when it was said the bus had wifi.
Ticket was expired before the trip
Very polite & professional
First customer service was horrible, my daughter was traveling along and scare and this lady was not helpful at all, but my daughter got back online and a lovely Spanish lady by the name of Isabel was very helpful to my scare lonely daughter.. A Concerned scared mother
There was a delay
Power plugs on the bus I traveled were not working. This prevented cell phone charging capabilities.
Bus stopped more times than advertised and for $80 I would have expected it to be on time and not delayed an hour.
