I was a bit disappointed that we had a student driver and the teacher was constantly talking to her and we would pull off into different parking lot to practice maneuvers and thus making us late for arrival. I had somebody waiting for me at 3:00 but we got there at 3:30 so I was not too happy about being late.
Fantastic trip, scenic, nice stop for bathroom or food and most importantly the driver, she was awesome - very friendly and courteous to the passengers! First time on a greyhound or bus trip and I really enjoyed lettting someone else take the wheel!
I was under the impression that it would be a “Bus”, I paid $50.00 and was told when the “Van” arrived I was not on the list. The driver was very courteous and after I showed him the copy of my confirmation that he did have room and he would take me. The information on the web sight is very misleading and it was a very disappointing experience. Definitely not worth $50.00.
The shuttle was convenient and got me to my destination on time. The staff was unfriendly to say the least and acted like they were doing me a big favor. Both the shuttle driver and customer service folks on the phone had an attitude. Sad but I don’t think I will use this service in the future.
Super quick and easy! The bus did leave 15 minutes ahead of schedule in Fort Lauderdale, but it arrived right on time in Naples. Made me worry- what would’ve happened if I arrived right on time for my bus to realize it had already left ahead of schedule. Also, the tracker online didn’t work so I was unable to see where the bus was. Would’ve been nice!
Our experience was pleasurable. The driver was courteous and expedient. We received an email indicating the bus was going to be late due to traffic reasons. The bus arrived within the specified time with the 10 minute delay.
I normally enjoy riding with Red Coach but today we stayed at the stop in Naples way to long and the back of the bus where my seat was didn’t have any A/C so I had to sweet the ride out the entire time
The driver was Unprofessional and the whole bus smelled like urine driver was Sheldon at unprofessional and the whole bus smelled like urine . The driver was shouting at the passengers the police have to be called out horrible experience
The overall ride was pleasant. But the bus was 30 minutes late and I got very concerned about it showing up at all. I opened a live chat but they couldn't tell me why the bus was late or if it was even coming. Got concerned, George
The lady at the front desk in Fort Myers, the bus driver and the gentleman uploading luggages in Fort Lauderdale were not polite and were speaking like they were giving orders.I mentioned to the first two and really didn't bother with the third one...I 'm sure there are difficult/strange/crazy/dangerous people in America but they should know that people like me are not like the ones mentioned above and we are paying a ticket which includes manners while interacting.Disappointed!!
