It got me where I wanted to go. Nearly all passengers wore masks. Driver did not wear a mask. Bathroom was a mess and had no soap/sanitizer. Wi-Fi was not working or not turned on. None of the outlets were working. On top of this the driver kept the bus extremely cold.
The bus driver was very very rude he was nasty he didn't know how to talk to people and if I ever have him again I will not take the bus too rude never seen anybody at like that that's in customer service
The seats were really comfortable, and even though the bus was 10 minutes late to the destination, it was still a lot faster than any alternative, so I don't have any problems.
I was most disappointed, embarressed and inconvenienced when i was advised i have to pay $20 for my carryon. I informed the staff i read the itenerrary and was entitled to a free carry on. She colleced the $20. My.other diaspointment was no wifi on bus. This being my first expeirence travelling on a bus. Further, i must compliment the driver from.tampa to.orlando it was perfect. However, the orlando experience was distasteful. The bus was late to embark without an apology, no wifi, driver was late as i missed my uber. We arrived at 4 am instead of 330 am. I believed the driver went passed the greyhound stop in FLL and he had to turn and find his way back arriving at 4 am
This is my first time using this service and it was amazing the bus arrived on time we reached the airport earlier than expected driver lady was pleasant and friendly
I purchased 2 tickets for the bus only 1 and 1/2 hr prior to dis-embarkment, at 10:03am, and my wife and I got our luggage, found our way to the tram, up to the second floor then back down to the first, then outside to turn right to the loading area, and got there by 11: 15, then sat and waited in the sun until 11:31 and then again asked the parking attendants where the bus was to meet. Imaging our shock to be told that the bus had already left!! Impossible!!
Things worked a little differently than scheduled but the staff managed to resolve the dilemma beautifully and professionally. They provided me with a stress-free solution all throughout.
