I had a flight at 7:30 from Orlando and I missed my flight because of 2hrs delay and it costed me around $250 to reschedule my flight. I will never ever choose gray hound again. Who will take the responsibility for the delay and my extra $250 for flight reschedule
I normally Alway have a great experience on Red Coach this trip left me feeling disappointed and I was only offered a 15$ credit. My schedule returning trip should actually be comped Please
Great service and a comfy clean bus. Did have some confusion finding the Tallahassee bus stop because 1021 St Augustine only shows on iPhone default maps as either 1021 WEST St Augustine or 1021 EAST St Augustine. Looked on some other maps and called the help line to verify that it is the stop near the parking lot across from the playing field.
I can understand measures to keep people
Safe during covid 19. However myself and the other passengers were FREEZING for every second of the ride and we communicate to the driver it was cold he said “bring a blanket next time” which honestly is a fair statement. But this needs to be communicated to costumers through email
That the buses will

The bus itself was nice. The driver was friendly and polite, and I had no issues with the actual traveling. The bus was very late to the stop in Tallahassee due to a flat tire, and I received no notification that it would be late until after I had been on the bus for two hours. When I called RedCoach to find out what was happening, the employee on the phone was condescending and unhelpful, and kept repeating that the bus "is scheduled to leave in 18 minutes," until I asked him to check on the status of the bus, and after actually checking he told me there was a 30 minute delay.
Driver was very courteous and a seasoned driver. Bus is spacious with lots of leg room and seats are comfy easy to recline. Overall great trip. Much better than Greyhound and better price.
I had to hire a car in the end as I was going to miss my plane. Terrible service, with no meaningful updates of expected time of arrival of the bus or a satisfactory answer to the missed connection.
The bus was much too cold, and couldn’t be adjusted until we made another stop. The bus driver was very professional, but because of pickups we were a few minutes late to arrive at our destination.
