The driver was very respectful and kind. I got to the bus stop three minutes before the departure because of an incident that happened and I was happy to find the bus driver still there with his list waiting for me to get on I will definitely be using red coach again

Greyhound Tampa Fort Myers recent customer reviews
It was a disaster. The bus driver that pulled into Tampa for the 12:20 pick-up to Fort Meyers/Naples was extremely rude, unprofessional, and obnoxious. She was literally fighting with passengers who she told to get off the bus that it was the last stop, but they had tickets to Fort Meyers. Another driver showed up and she got off and continued to be very unprofessional. The new driver insisted on helping a man who missed his bus and we waited for another chunk of time until the Uber driver showed up. The bus never left until almost 2:00. The rest of the ride was fine except that the bus smelled of urine. The pick up location did not feel safe.

I saw an attendant take out a piece of luggage from the bus. No one claimed it. So he placed in a pile of other luggage at the Sarasota stop. He shoukd have asked people on the bus if it was theirs. The only reason I saw this was that I was sitting on th at side. At least try to find out if it belongs to someone on the bus. Glad it was not mine and I saw that
