The trip was too long it took 32 hours while the ETA on the ticket was 28 hours. There were fewer refreshment stops from the drivers to a point where i had to ask for a food stop. The stops took too long if ever they happened

Our bus was delayed and it broke down we waited for an hour. Drivers kept getting lost and we have to change drivers because they were not familiar with the route and we arrived 4 hours after our expected time of arrival. The drivers lack professionalism they were very rude is our safety not important to your company I'm extremely disappointed in this service. And the Charging ports were not working
