Bus Tickets from Toronto to Terminus Cartier

I enjoyed the access to air on the bus. Everything else wasn't great. Most probably my own fault but I thought there would be a rest station half way through the trip where I could drink water since I forgot my bottle but I suffered through. There's no real soap in the bathroom, that was a bit gross. My neck was killing me, I had possibly the worst sleep I've had in a long time. There were noisy people on board and blue lights on the whole time made it even worse for sleep.

I was put on a coach bus not a megabus. Then, they asked us to get on another bus in Kingston. It took an hour for the other bus driver to arrive and delayed my trip. I paid for a direct bus.

I LOVED IT! I read that some people had to wait for hours but my bus came on point and was so nice with everyone, super efficient, and the accommodations are impressive, like the fact you can bring a suitcase to put in the back of the bus and the place has air conditioning, we even had a 15 break near a Tim Hortons if needed to pee or eat, there were seatbelts in the bus for everyone and the driver even helped bring down our luggage, both drivers were amazing and I felt so happy

The customer service was amazing but the train was delayed for over an hour. Very disappointing

there were so many delays and made me miss my fight due to having a connecting fight. liked the wifi

It was my first time taking the Via Rail and I was very happy to have done it. Comfort , friendly staff and great service.
