The driver was cool and helpful. He asked for a QR code at first. I didn't have it handy, so he simply asked for my name and told me my seat number. I didn't like being told a seat, since my ticket didn't mention one. That's not a big deal, though.

Our bus driver was very upbeat and clearly wanted to be helpful. Signage for finding this bus at Yorkdale Station though... kinda abysmal... but the bus driver made me forget all about how annoying it was to be lost more than once wandering in circles looking for the stop. Actually all of the staff are very helpful. Which again was fortunate as it was very uncertain where the bus was actually going to land. Signage on the stairway under construction world Akari new handy.

Everything was great except the pick up point wasn’t made very clear in the emails/tickets and I found that very confusing especially when it’s a scheduled bus like that. Driver was very nice and friendly, seats were comfortable, ride was smooth. Drop off point was also kind of random but it all worked out in the end
