The bus was good and service was good. They did cancel my original time and bumped me from a seat that I paid extra for, but not a really big deal.
It was great. Loved the comfortable seating, having wifi access, and the overall biggest priority of having a safe travelling experience. Would definitely do it again.
The seats were super comfortable. Lovely to have complimentary drinks on the journey and staff were so helpful. Only sorry no service to Montreal and Quebec as I would certainly take Red Arrow.
Best ride I ever had. Free snacks and drink, WiFi, very polite steward and clean toilet. We got ten minutes break to grab chicken nuggets and milkshake at Harvey's with 15% discount!
It was excellent. I rode from Ottawa to Kingston. I am an Anglophone, but having at least a recorded message in French on a bus coming from Ottawa might make a world of difference for a Francophone rider.
The seats were comfortable and I liked the 2:1 arrangement, but there was 0 communication and I was forced to put my purse in the overhead bin. Never on any plane or bus have I been told I couldn't put my purse at my feet/under the seat, I didn't like being separated from my water, snacks, and medication for so long. Apparently the people who got on the bus at the stop before mine were told about a cooler of free snacks at the back and wifi, but my group was never told and we didn't find out until the end. I know it wasn't the driver's fault we were stuck behind an accident on the highway for over an hour, but there were no updates or any communication about what was going on or what towns we were passing through or when our stops were etc.
It was my first time travelling on Red Arrow. I like that I had a single seat on the one side of the bus.
The driver and attendant working together was really great. They communicated well together and I felt safer.
The attendants the 155pm on May 20 from Kingston to Ottawa was excellent. She was helpful, professional and attentative to the passengers.
I was surprised by the drinks and snacks... I did not expect that.
The fare was also excellent.
The bus was late because of traffic in Toronto. I was notified that it was late, but didn't get update notices. Maybe I didn't sign up for them? But if I got one, I could have gotten more.
I have paid extra for single seat but the bus model was different so there was no single seat! Overall it was 1 hour late! There was no wifi despite the ticket information!
Very terrible experience. Waited for about 5 hours before the bus came and there was no communication whatsoever from your company. I am highly disappointed.
Red Arrow is a very quiet, comfortable and convenient means to ride between Edmonton/Red Deer/Calgary, saving the cost of a car rental when I fly into Alberta. I found difficulties trying to get my phone connected to the wifi during this trip - the copy/paste url and sign-in didn't seem to work. Hopefully the minor interface problems can be rectified.
The bus driver seemed stressed and frustrated, his tone was annoyed and seemed hostile. He also placed my fragile luggage on the ground carelessly and looked too much in a rush
