My online ticket said to be at the bus station 30-45 minutes early. When I got there it was locked up. Sign said be back at 2:30. Ticket was for 2:50 departure. I've never taken a bus before and found the note on door stressful and irritating. Construction outside, inside very old and dirty.

The staff was not helpful, the bus driver was rude and rushing paying customers and treated us angrily. The bus station smelled like pre and was very cold, and since the bus was late it was more uncomfortable, the bus didn't smell much better and the driver was driving rough.will never use th his bus system again.will tell people to use anything else.
