Arrived at the bus stop at 3:36. Reservation was for 3:30 and we were told we missed the bus and had to buy another ticket. We did this and then a bus to our destination pulled up. It was the 3:30 bus, but we were not allowed to take it. Then with the cab ride to the resort from the destination it would have been better to just get a van ride. It's all a learning experience.

It was great. The departing location was supposed to be at T2, but they allowed us to board at T3 which was where our flight arrived. So we didn't have to find our way to T2. Much appreciated!

I liked the fact that everything was very punctual and well organized, the buses are comfortable and I enjoyed very much watching a film during the trip. What I didn't like is the fact that the bus could be only taken from the central station and not from the one nearest to yours location.

The bus people at the airport wouldn't accept the bus pass I got from these people and I ended up buying another pass at the Air terminal!! That was the only problem really I had!! I am going to go to the bus station in playa de carm and see if and why they wouldn't accept the pass I got from us people and if I don't get satisfaction, I will dispute the charges when I get back to the United States at the end of January and stop using your service.
