The ladies at the ado stand at Cancun airport were quite rude. One of them seemed to get frustrated when I asked a question. The bus I had booked left early resulting in me missing my booked bus. I got on another one about 30 mins later but it seemed like it was an inconvenience for all. Apart from that it was a straightforward journey.

The bus is really nice & comfortable BUT we are having trouble in getting in bc of the bus driver AND we got robbed inside the bus going to Playa del Carmen. ALL of our cash got robbed inside our bag!

The bus people at the airport wouldn't accept the bus pass I got from these people and I ended up buying another pass at the Air terminal!! That was the only problem really I had!! I am going to go to the bus station in playa de carm and see if and why they wouldn't accept the pass I got from us people and if I don't get satisfaction, I will dispute the charges when I get back to the United States at the end of January and stop using your service.
