The bus ride was quite comfortable and safe. I took a long trip, almost 30 hours on the bus and the only thing I would change is giving passengers the option to hear the movie or music that's playing. Some people prefer silence or to listen to their own media.

I got kicked off in the middle of no where Chiapas to be released 12 hours later to have to pay for another ticket from Chiapas to Mexico City. Absolutely appalling!

Extremely hot didn’t even feel like the air was on. Also very uncomfortable and should have more food options on board considering it’s a 26 hour bus ride. I’ll NEVER ride a bus again. Should’ve got a flight by the time I spend all the money that I did between food bus ticket and taxi.
