Bus Tickets from Bloemfontein to Vanderbijlpark

I didn’t like the fact that my bus was changed from sleepliner to mainliner and I was only informed an hour before departing. I didn’t like the fact that the bus delayed by an hour and to make it worse the charging ports were not working.

I didn't enjoy the fact that the bus was delayed by a whole hour and we recieved no communication was given to us.

Extremely disappointed with the bus driver .I paid for a bus to take me to Vanderbijl .I had to get off at Parkstation and take a taxi to get to Vanderbijl .

I am truly dissatisfied with the delay that had occurred due to the breakdown the bus had. The staff is adding to our frustration with their bad attitude. Communication was sent late informing us that the bus will be late, no alternatives were made instead we waited for 5hours +. I believe in such cases; there must be a standby bus that is in good condition that will transport passengers, while the one with mechanical failure is being attended to. Please do better, especially with communication. Good thing is that the bus management did realise their mistake and compensated the passengers with full meals.

The weather was cold today and the heater wasn't working 💔 also there were no where to dispose trash so it made the bus dirty .but i love that it had leg-rest and a place to charge

The experience I had was good. The bus arrived on time from departure to destination.

The drivers were friendly since we gave them our luggage. We were on time the whole time. I will tavel with Big Sky again. Thanks for the save trip drivers. Happy 2025

The good part is that we left on time. The bad part is that the toilet was smelling very bad and for the entire journey.
