I booked to get to mthatha, attend to my specialist and back by the 2 o'clock bus. The bus from Bloem left 05h07. Arrived in mthatha at 13h40. I had only 50 minutes to rush to st Mary's and back to board the bus. It's been very traumatic experience. Originally I was to arrive in mthatga at 10h30. Which gives me 4 hours to consult. But I couldn't.
The bus was so comfortable the drivers treated us so well I really enjoyed my journey with intercape🤞

great disappointment in the service offered by the company. Firstly, Vilmora does not have a station in the Tourism Centre (Bloemfontein) but it oparates there in a daily basis, we were force to wait outside so that the bus does not leave us since there's no announcement if it has arrived or not. Secondly, the bus was late with almost 2 hours with no clear communication from the company on what's going to happen, the temperature reached minus 2 degrees. Thirdly, the bus had no working AC. Lastly, I so wish all these big factors can be communicated prior, a clear structure that goes hand in hand with the companies t&c's. I have signs of a cold and I would be lucky if the young and the elderly we were waiting with didn't get any cold related disease's like pneumonia.

I enjoyed nothing iwas traumatised the whole trip was a disaster but all thanks to Vilamora and iam never referring the buses to anyone so people must think twice before booking

I'm happy that I arrived safe but unsatisfied with bus delaying time it is way too much.
