I booked mainliner and 5hours into the road we were then transferred to the other bus that was going to the same route and it was a budget liner. Very uncomfortable and that wasn’t nice because we pay for comfort and if we wanted budget liner we would have booked one. So I was not happy about what happened.

I would like to formally complain about the intercity bus driver on my recent trip. The bus was overbooked and the driver told me to stand for the entire journey. When I felt sick and asked to use the toilet I was refused, and as a result I vomited. I also had to load my own baggage without any assistance from the driver or crew.
