The bus was scheduled for 22:45 and it did not arrive.
We waited from 21:30 until 01am and the bus had still not arrived—We later went on the find another bus of the same branch (a Ramalo bus) going to Eastern Cape, and we asked if the bus to JHB has arrived and they said it left. But the bus was scheduled for 22:45 and we had arrived around 21:30 and waited 3 hrs for them to tell us the bus left!! We then had to book another bus with Intercape to JHB and we did not get refunded out money.
And Ramalo was not answering their calls.
