The co driver or assistant was extremely rude and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, wouldn’t verify my surname and started shouting and cursing at my brothers. When they wanted to verify that the bus was the correct one as we were expecting citiliner and they came in a greyhound. I’m not willing to let this level of gross negligence go. We can entrust our lives to a drunk driver for such long distance travel.
