The journey was quite pleasant. The only issue I had was the lack of a clean-up after a rest stop. It would've been nice to have someone come around to collect waste.

1. I booked my ticket online at BUDBUS under InterCape booing online, and the form I used to book my bus didn't have option for full flexi were I could state I'm SANDF member and which I felt, I was over charged for normal full flexi.
2. Check in staff member got attitude when I went to ask him about when are we going to start checking in.
3. Departure time was 13h30 but we were only being made aware that the bus will be late after 30 minutes of departure time. And the bus will be arriving after 45 minutes which didn't happen.
4. In the bus, we were told that ablution station is not supposed to be used and from Capetown the bus drove for more 4 hours without stopping at any garage for passengers to use restrooms at the garages, until one lady use that toilet by force and everyone started using it. We only got our first refreshments at 20h00 and the second one after 8 hours of traveling.
5. At the first stop in Kimberly there was other gentleman, who came into the bus asking, who was Mr A, the gentleman's tone was not really nice/good towards the passenger ( I think he works also for Intercape cause he mentioned that "they" know there is a passenger, who must take off at that garage) but Mr A explain to the gentleman that he spoke to the driver that he'll take off at Shell garage.
