Our bus arrived but it was full and there was no space for us. We were told there had been a break down. We had to wait for another bus which arrived late and we ended up arriving in Jo'burg after 2pm

Greyhound has the worst customer service, it really does not care about their commuters , the bus was late and the driver was speeding on the road. I hardly took a nap because I was afraid we might be in an accident. Yesterday I booked a bus for my mum to her suprise the bus was full how possible is that. People are being taken for granted. I will never book this bus ever again.
