The only problem I have is that with online booking, please state whether or not the bus will have a toilet. I did not know, taught all the busses has one on only to find that from Durban to cape Town no toilet, and it's difficult especially when your asthmatic and your chest closes up when your bladder can't keep the pressure.
Being late was fine, the drivers Gets 👍 good driving, good customer service much better then my last encounter.

Good trip, but the driver was not welcoming , he had a bad attitude towards his passengers. He even left a passenger that went to relieve himself and came back a minute late . He left him while he saw him running towards the bus.
