Things have changed for the better with Intercity. The bus was new and neat and clean. I did not use the toilet but it was smelling from where I was sitting like it used to previously, so I am assuming it was clean and fresh smelling.

Intercity Xpress was very comfortable, smooth going, and soothing with music playing in the background. Our bus driver drove carefully and responsibily. What I didn't like is that the bus doesn't stop in Howick, which was terribly inconvenient for us.
