Bus Tickets from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg

Bus was late more than an hour late( seems to be a pattern where company mixes different time slots of buses

There were no charging ports on the bus and it smelled horribly. The driver was driving fast and safe

Air was very cold I even had flu today and office service is very bad making Para to work de and demand money for our luggage pls sort dat out

The whole bus had a terrible toilet smell. Even the air vents smelled. The aircin of the bus made a rattling noise the whole trip

Im going to stop using intercape because one trip is having more than 5 stops we endup spending 12 hours in a bus

The ride was smooth and safe. The bus it was not maintained properly, there was unpleasant smell from the toilet.

It broke the bus, i was more than 5h late and i had to request cause they didn’t give any solution.we were in middle of tje street waiting a mechanic…

I didnt enjoy the experience at all,firstly the bus is not comfortable and Im not the only one who was complaining.

The bus was very late no apologies whatsoever and the bus has so many faults. We had stop and go and the driver was not communicating with us.

pitermaritzburg Customer service she was very rude towards me.i bought the ticket online.then when i arrived at the station i ask her im on rights place to take citiliner bus but she gave me an attitude says seat down and wait the bus or without answering my questions then we had an argument.that kind of behavior is unacceptable to customers

The greyhound station in PMB was terrible compared with the rest we sat outside in the rain for hours. The bus was late and the conductor was rude

Bus delayed for an hour Air conditioning not functioning in this extremely hot weather Mobile outlets not working Arrival time should have been 18h30 with the one hour delay but unfortunately we had to go via vereeniging with an extra 40 minutes No headcount taken to ensure all passengers on board at Montrose and bus departed leaving passengers stranded at halfway.

The bus came six hours later. Missed appointment and incurring extra costs. Will not be able to ketch return trip because of Big Tree bus. Horrible experience

I did not enjoy first thing I couldn’t identify my bus since no one was assisting secondly when we reach at Montrose garage the drivers decided to change the buses I almost returned to Pmb without knowing

The bus was 3 hours late, no communication was given or an apology. when the bus eventually came we had to be changed from one bus to another bus because the bus that came did not have permits.

The trip was ok even though it exceeded the arrival time mentioned.It had many stops.

No interesting your bus just stop at scort waiting a late passenger the whole 30minite

They didn't come I was freezing whole night, they are useless I wish the government shutthem down coz they scamming us

The bus had mechanical failure its had no power we were stark in Montrose for hours and the driver was un professions I had to go and hike at my own expense

The bus was supposed to pick us up in Pietermaritzburg by 9:30am only for it to arrive at 12:00pm Disgraceful service, I could never recommend any one to book this bus ever!

The bus was very old and lacked air-conditioning. There was no communication, the bus was late and the driver made unnecessary stops and did not follow the route advertised. The final stop was not in the usual spot where all other busses stop - he asked us to get off in a crime ridden precinct. We almost got mugged and had our bags stolen while waiting for someone to pick us up. I will never recommend your bus to anyone and I will be posting negative comments on social.media.

I did not appreciate the fact that passengers were being squashed while drivers occupy the whole back seat sleeping comfortably, we are the customers they could at least utilize a two-seater,while one driving one uses the two-seaters to rest not the whole back seat, adults with children could go there. another thing bus came late it was cold, there is no station to wait.
