The ticket I purchased had the wrong time written on my confirmation causing me to miss the bus bye 10 mins. I lost time and money due to this I phoned immediately informing cold shot of the misprint on my ticket and requested my ticket be reimbursed or a free ride be issued in its place. I was told to be in time which I was according to the ticket issues to me.
