The trip to London was one of the worst ones I had. We left glasgow on time. Then a technical issue occurred and stopped for 3 hours an hour away from Glasgow. Then we stopped multiple times for normal calling points (manchester only if I remember), at the level of Birmingham or Coventry technical issue and we changed buses again. Arrived 3 hours late if not more in London. Lucky I didn’t have any commitments at the predicted arrival time
We wake up early not miss the bus freezing at the station and the bus was late waiting from 6 to 8 it's not far cause if it's the passengers they won't wait so next time be on time. Rather than that everything was fine toilet clean sanitized was there safety was secure thanks
It seemed unnecessary and very disruptive on a night journey to waken all the passengers at 2.30am to tell them there was a 20min rest stop...my journey would have been much better had I and my children been left to sleep...
I never even got on the bus as my phone broke and I had the numbers for my trip they would not let me on I asked for a refund and I was out £72 for 2tickets I had to wait another 5hours and £160 to get the train so I would never recommend n express I the wouldnot listen towhat happend
