The bus did not pick me st all in Middleburg. I received a message from Greyhound that the bus will be late. I got the message at 12h00 and was already at the station an 30 minutes later the driver called me saying that they were looking for me at wonderfontein and yet I was in Middleburg. My ticket was or is written Middleburg as I had chosen that but on his list he said it was written Wonderfontein. I asked if her can wait for 20 minutes so as to have my driver take me there he flatly denied. I called customer care and they were of no help and they told me unfortunately the bus fare was not to be refunded. I am wrote an email to customer care and up to now there is no response. I am so disappointed.
