The driver and his service was great. BUT, the toilet was smelling all the way and also nelspruit drop off was dangerous. The sasol garage is currently closed, we got off the bus at 2am and had to wait in location that had no security. Please get another drop off zone that has security around.

The bus too long to arrive, took 7 hours and half to get to Nelspruit from Johannesburg Midrand. The bus window broke and the bus had to wait for another bus coming from Johannesburg to be changed and the waiting period was 2 full hours. This was a worse experience I had ever experienced

Citiliner bus is nonsense/crab/unreliable and I would not even recommend it to anyone 😒 it took them 3 hours to pick us up at the station with no valid reason for the delay and ended up reaching my destination at night with no one to pick me up
