The driver and his service was great. BUT, the toilet was smelling all the way and also nelspruit drop off was dangerous. The sasol garage is currently closed, we got off the bus at 2am and had to wait in location that had no security. Please get another drop off zone that has security around.

The bus departure address supplied on the ticket was completely incorrect! This caused so much confusion and nearly caused me to miss the bus. I had to ask multiple people for assistance to show me from where the bus would be leaving. Please show the correct address of departure on the ticket!

The issue was at almost every stop some passengers went for a toilet break and went to buy snacks, this caused a lot of delays. We reached Nelspruit an hour late (8:00pm) please keep in mind I am from Nelspruit and I know the people, not always the safest place. And lastly the drivers took us to a gas station with only 2 restrooms, the bus has 20+ people and there are others who also use those toilets. The haste made it uncomfortable they said we only had 15min+- and the gas station only had a mug and bean express, no actual food. They could've stopped by Alzu a bigger gas station.

We got a new bus after we broke down for 3 hours. So I’m only grateful that the bus driver was very fast since all of us were arriving super late.

Citiliner bus is nonsense/crab/unreliable and I would not even recommend it to anyone 😒 it took them 3 hours to pick us up at the station with no valid reason for the delay and ended up reaching my destination at night with no one to pick me up
