Bus Tickets from Pinetown to Pretoria

Very bad, I called to change date of traveling, the never pickup the phone. I tried to call several times for the whole 8hrs they never responded 😒

The bus driver lost the bus key’s around PMB, we had to wait there. I ended up catching cold. And he refused to turn on the heaters.

Had one of my best travels, Intercape have the best staff. Their hospitality was out of this world

The staff were very friendly but the condition of the bus was terrible ,we arrived 2 hours later than expected

The bus was super late at the pick up point.

The driver had an issue with a passenger therefore drove 40km the entire way it took almost 10 hours the trip was exhausting

Trip was OK, however there was a breakdown in communication when the bus driver from Durban explained that there had to be change of busses in Pietermaritzburg, which was later postponed to happen in Harrismith, &just after transfered 2 luggage bags &going to grab some food from the shop in Montrose, the other bus took off with the bags &he had to followed where his bus was finally met along Heilderburg! Unnecessary stress from all the anxiety about bags being in another bus!

They should be punctual and stop wasting time in Johannesburg because the delays while changing busses was so inconveniencing
