Bus Tickets from Worcester to Port Elizabeth

Intercape should consider removing the toilets from the bus, the stench is ridiculous

The lady who works on Port Elizabeth depor was rude. She didn't explain to us that the bus is late. She was unprofessionally. She said we must find out ourself where is the bus. She didn't tell us that the bus is broken. Then we have to phone Cape Town then the lady from there explain everything for us and tell where is the bus and what is the faulty.

It was ok , return trip had more issues , since the bus came 1 hour late and the driver didn't allow us to go and toilet facilities when I needed it , and we almost left 1 passenger behind at 1 stop

The trip went very well. The only problem was that we sat at the back by the toilet side which was not smelling very nice. But other then that the trip was good

Except for arrival time and dropping off at the wrong stop not bad

My experience was pleasant with no complaints besides the fact that there was no communication between the passengers and the bus company for the delayed departure time. Very unsatisfied about that. But all in all I'm satisfied with the journey I had.

It was a comfortable and relaxing journey, I must say the last break we had was quick a lengthy stretch, but nevertheless the best bus trip I've ever experienced.

Was my first time to use Big Sky. Bus was on time infact it arrived earlier at the pickup point and arrival was on time, comfortable and good drivers.

I was addressed in a professional way,and every step to be was announced prior,e.g if there would be a delay in reaching the next destination,it was announced.
