The bus was over an hour late and no discount for future travel was even offered

I would have liked if seats were to be assigned prior to boarding. It would be more organized. It was difficult to find an open seat on my bus due to passengers taking up both seats for themselves (placing a bag on empty seat next to them, and/or laying down on two seats).

Although the Bus was 25 minutes late arriving in Belleville to pick me up, it arrived 25 minutes early at Union Station. Couldn’t be happier. This might be that I picked a late bus, so there was no traffic in Toronto around 8:30 PM when we passed through.

Bus arrived on time. The ride was good the driver was good and courteous But the bus stop doesn't have a cover, I need to stand out side in the cold and rain. Need a better arrangement.

Horrible. I’ve ridden with them once before and had no issue but this time the bus was 1.5 hours late and once I got on, smelled overwhelmingly of urine to the point of nausea. Almost threw up near the end after dealing with it for 2.5 hours. Disgusting

The bus came 2hours after its designated time and it broke down on the high way too as I was forced to get an Uber to go home, I ended up Missing work because it left at a later time than it was supposed to

My bus ride didn't even show at the time mentioned, in fact it was going the opposite way

Bus was insanely late for no reason, two passengers were talking out loud a long time so that eventually someone asked them to knock it off. Meanwhile they were vaping too.

very easy to book online, price was excellent, convenient time/schedule, lady driver was very cordial and helpful, easy access to the subway system in Toronto.
