There’s nothing I enjoyed about this trip. First of all they changed my time because I was supposed to leave Cape Town @15:25 so they changed it to 19:00 and the bus was one hour late. That was not the end of it, when we got to Eastern Cape we waited 4 hours at the garage because apparently the bus ran out of diesel.

The service is too poor, the bus was late with 5 to 6 hours waiting in the rain,it got stuck numerous times and lastly I was not dropped in my stop at night

The bus was okay but very cold with very rude drivers

The experience was horrible. The bus got at the station on time and I was hopeful little did I know. We were transferred to another bus on the same spot at Bellville bus station. Long story short my ticket indicated that I’d be at Idutywa in the EC at 08:50 am only for the bus to only get there at 11:50 am

I had a great service with them, I enjoyed, although the bus didn’t have aircon except that their service was great👌

The bus departure was late and also the bus had breakdown on the way we were transferred into 3 different buses we travelled about 18 hours or so

The only thing that I did not enjoy is to see myself in uMthatha but was traveling to Idutywa yes I arrived late in Bellvillle after the bus has Departed.Badela announced in Queenstown that people who are going to Adelaide ,Fort Beaufort and King Williams Town have to get off.They did't mention Idutywa so I went with a Bus Number 06 to u Mthatha but later I was given an amount of One Hundred and Twenty Rands (R120.00) by an African male known to me as Mr Bongani seems as a Bus Driver of Number 06 I have to add an amount of Twenty Rands because a fare to Idutywa was One Hundred and Fourthy Rands(R140.00).Communication was not well.

In time but the changing of the bus from Butterworth to Dutywa was a bit time delay

they must not just other bus badela to take their passengers in bellville to kraaifontein

No refreshing only stop near the road to pee inconsiderate of females that needs to refresh and change sanitary pads.Children nappies changed inside the bus,very unhygienic. Waiting a lot during drop offs makes us arrive apat 2 hours late.

Good trip

Everything was Okey on my side, the bus wasn't late

Atmosphere was great ,driver with manners wifi all great 👍
