Bus from Bellville to Queenstown, ZA: Tickets & Timetables

The bus was very late , I have been waiting from 17:30 till 23:30. The staff (driver) are not friendly , it was a nightmare staying in cold weather at unsafe station.

This has been the most terrible of trips ever experienced. At first, the bus was two hours late.. upon arrival, there was commotion as people were overbooked. That whole process made us two hours late. We were supposed to have arrived at 8:30 this morning and now at 12pm we are still en route.

The bus was late,they had to put fuel by the airport before leaving capetown,the driver was speeding

Bus was late and we had to stop and move to another bus 2 hours later.

I’m very dissatisfied because I requested jobela and we were taken by another bus

The bus arrived late and got stack for 3 hours coz it was faulty.

Booked this bus for my siblings about 19:15 bt the bus did not only delay by 5hrs but they had to also make an effort to get trough to them so they can take them from the departing spot. Craziest thing is they departed at about 12:am and the bus broke down before it even reached Beaufort West. They waited and were told that they should wait for the other bus coming from CPT. Last time I spoke to them was about 10am telling me they were still waiting and I guess their phone ran out of battery as I can no longer reach them. It is now 13:07 and I am super worried, they were supposed to arrive in Queenstown at 06:50, m very disappointed, to even think I booked a return ticket for them, and they will have to use this bus again on Sunday because I was told the ticket in non-refundable is really making me furious. I would never recommend this bus to anyone, they are very unprofessional.

The bus I took from Bellville changed in Beaufort West, where we boarded a bus coming from the Eastern Cape. This resulted in my trip being extremely long and uncomfortable. The bus was very cold, and there was a constant noise throughout the journey, as if a door was open, even though it was not. This made the trip exhausting and unpleasant.

I waited for the bus from 18:30 till 21:10 it did show up. No update on the delay till today. Eventually Bhadela bus came I asked them paid that's how I got to Queenstown.Thats so very bad😭😭😭

The bus was meant to depart at 19h05, but it arrived at 20h11, without any communication

This campany cancel are our bus so we have to go back home around 10:00pm so this one it's a fake campany I will never use it again sorry thank.

They just need to work on Departure time because yesterday the bus was supposed to come at 19:35, but it was very late.

The bus didn't pitch at the station where I was I was waiting for, no messages if the bus is cancelled or changed nothing .I had to look for another transport for traveling.

I would like to advice people to not book this bus even if is the last one please don't!!!💔😭😭

There was no bus that came through so that means your service is very poor and lack of communication at Ilula bus

Their service was pathetic, the bus was supposed to leave at 7:35, bus arrived just before 9Pm, no communication, and their contact is unreachable. The worst part after all, the bus is uncomfortable
