The experience was bad the bus had no name and it's was very uncomfortable, it dropped us at the back of the park station we nearly got robbed

I booked a bus for 15:20 and I left 20:30 no communication no nothing very poor customer service. One lady was beaten by one of conducter guys for seeking clarity and complaining about being there for 1pm and they left her after that. Bus exchange was a turn of a bus from bloem with no Window very very bad experience

Their conduct was exceedingly unprofessional and rude, they arrived late resulting in the loss of our luggage due to their negligence.

I didn’t enjoy anything, the bus was late about 2 hours, and it hasn’t arrived yet so I’ll never book this bus ever again and I’d never recommend anyone to book it

Still the road the bus was delayed by more that 4 hours and got arrested in Bloemfontein where we still are

Very bad, from Cape Town to Johannesburg, the Apm bus got stuck for hours. Was supposed to get to my destination at 8:30 am but I got there at 12:00 pm

The bus was 2hrs late and delayed us. The seats are uncomfortable and small no air conditioning the charging ports where not working. The stops that the bus makes are at dingy places and not proper stops. The driver had his other driver friends in the bus and went to go drop them off outside of our route adding more time to the trip and they dropped us off on the outskirts of part station very unprofessional dirty bus also

Firstly the bus was late secondly the bus broken in the middle of the road the and the communication us passengers wasn't there we reached our destination after 8 hours than it suppose to be
