Passengers have shared a mix of experiences with the bus service. Many appreciate the safety, smooth rides, and courteous communication from staff. However, delays are frequently mentioned across reviews as an area of concern. Some travelers also noted issues like unpleasant odors on board and inconsistent cleanliness standards that could be improved for a more comfortable journey overall.
I arrived at the waiting point of my bus at 05h15, 15 minutes before the departure time. Bus was late. I kept on checking the bus outside and getting back in because I was sitting inside the garage as it was so cold outside. The bus then arrived and parked at the back at about 06h00. Didn't see it obviously. What I really appreciate is that some lady from Intercape office called me to alert me that the bus was waiting outside. That to me showed a caring attitude and excellent customer service from Intercape so I was very happy about. Got to the waiting bus and the whole experience was ruined by a very rude driver who shouted at me and blamed me for causing the bus to be late 🙃 😑

My experience was very distasteful because my laguage was stolen in one of the trailers, reason being is that the pearson who was handling the bags was not cautious because he let anyone take bags from the trailers. I'm a student who is trying to make ends meet. He let people take the only clothes I have left because the stickers that were given to us were not used.

Enjoyed the phone charging facility. Didn’t like that there was no entertainment and that bus was late at pickup by 40 min
