i enjoyed it,was differ than my first time .i can recommend it to someone else
It is a bad bus line, the drivers don't count people when they come back from the breaks. They nearly left one lady in FREE State. The seats are uncomfortable we were squashed the whole journey. The charger stations don't work.
Everything was excellent!
It good bt they was no television
Perfect company but the drivers don’t treat customers respectfully
Very friendly and hygiene was on point
The bus wa on time and arrived on time as well.. The only problem was the charging option.. It's was working most of them
Please use buses with toilets on long trips like this
I used inter Cape a few days before and their buses are warm. By comparison citiliner bus was very cold in the evening
Citiliner is the bus I can trust
The bus comfort and condition is bad. None of the charging ports worked. The bus driver was extremely rude and took my number from the ticket without my consent. Poor service overall
They just need to strengthen the health and safety procedures.
IT WAS GOOD OVERALL
Great service and friendly staff
Best drivers ever
There was cockroaches on the bus
Can't complain, really impressed with the smoothens of the trip
The bus was clean, and the ride was comfortable. Well done to both drivers, who were well skilled at their task. The only issue I have is that our stop over in PE was very disappointing, we stopped at the engine garage, as this was a break stop I expected to get something to eat, and I was very disappointed to find that the shop was inadequately stocked to provide any decent food, all I could get was "junk" food. The driver explained that are only allowed to stop at these stops as passengers have previously been left behind, where there were multiple food stores. Overall trip was a pleasant experience.
I will not use Citiliner again. The toilet was out of use and because they were running late we were not allowed off to use the toilets. There was also no air conditioning and we were very hot as the bis was packed to capacity. Very inpleasant trip. A lot of passengers were unhappy.
It's nice do use
Very comfortable, like a plane
insufficient stops, and bad customer service, however no problem with coach route, over all enjoyable, would prefer reserved seating options
They are simply the best
