It was so disappointing that the bus was supposed to departure at Capetown station by 12:05, but it came late about More then Hour, it only departure at 13:30, and your bus Brock down along the way and it tooks more than two hours waiting for a recovery, and it was supposed to arrive at Durban by 13:20 but it arrived at 18:20 that is 5 hours delay and it coast us a lot, I'm so disappointed it dismal poor service Greyhound
Everything was a mess
The bus was 1 hour late and then it broked down in the middle of nowhere we stayed there for five hours hungry. We still 1 hour away from our destination 👐
9/10 the bus delayed but we made it on time . The drivers were really engaging esp that Xhosa driver who took us from Cape Town, oh he is so good. BigUPS to him
The trip was amazing , Greyhound bus drivers are all nice, I was alone and had no one to take pictures of me but the drivers did take pictures of me. They are on time, left on time and arrived before time, amazing. Drivers kept on checking on whether we were still comfortable with matters such as the air conditioning. Checking-in was even the easiest experience. Great travel from Cape Town to Durban.
One it was not a mainliner it was a normal Bus.Very old.Charging ports were not working. The bus really looked old on the inside. The Journey was delayed we were suppose to be in Durban at 18:50 but we arrived at 19:50
It was very slow we were not on time as per advert drivers dont even know what is a room temperature in the bus they either make the aircon very cold or very warm it had a flat tyre which took an hour to fix
I didn’t enjoy the travel at all, the driver misplaced his phone then after he blamed on us the passengers that we took it, we had to wait 2 and a half hours for the police to arrive for the police to find the phone at the drivers seat after being searched
The toilet was leaking urine that was all over the back so I had a horrible experience only to be involved a small collision dieto tyre burst from the bus
Unfortunately with this trip I enjoyed nothing, the bus delayed by 2 hours on stipulated departure time and arrived 6 hours later at the station in Durban
I have never had any problem with intercape since I have travelled with them. I think new drivers needs to travel with an experience driver so that they can avoid not to arrive on time. One of the customers had an interview scheduled for 13:00 and our bus was supposed to arrive at 11:05 but it arrived after 13:00 so he missed his interview.
the drivers told us to have a 10 minute break at almost all of the stops we had to load people on. we also arrived at durban around 17:20 instead of at 11:10 am as we were told. There was no traffic so it could not have been blamed on that. The driver also took a wrong turn so we had to go back, he left people when we stopped for a break and it seemed as if he had fallen asleep behind the steering wheel at night because he made a huge swerve to get us back on the road.
When we reached Durban we have to take another bus to Durban station to me that was so disappointing because I had to take my bags to another bus and that's not professional as a customer I was not treated as a customer
We had an early breakdown since the bus departed from Cape Town long distance terminal and then we were moved into another bus on the second stop (Belleville)
Horrible service. Bus stop everywhere and and stop so long. Also inside is it’s very dirty toilet not working. No water to flush. How comes the long distance trip like this one bus don’t have good facilities. I’m not writing review only here where is intercape see. I’m going to publish it to all via social media and network platforms. Value of bus is completely finished
