Yesterday was the worst experience. The bus was late. Driver was impatient. I left my R100 at a store because the driver was impatient and the bus literally left me, after parking for the shortest time, and I had to chase after it.
My first experience was not too good, we were supposed to leave at 7:10am for Durban but ended up leaving at 8:25am.the first bus was full and we had to wait in the queue. After some time we were told to go and board another bus that was stationary on the street. There was no driver. We stood there for more than 10 minutes and we were told to go back inside to another bus.. We sat waiting for the driver. I found that very disrespectful and unprofessional. They shouldn't Overbook if there is no clear planB.
Bus had problem as driver had to stop every now and then to restart it till we reach Melrose and air conditioning was a disaster it was a horrible experience infact we nearly got stuck in the middle of nowhere 😢
I think staff needs more training on how to treat clients. When we drove back from durban the driver of the bus 605 was very rude to one client and I thought that was very unnecessary. The driver who picked us up from the beach was very nice and we need jolly drivers like him.
The driver was very rude. Treated our luggage like trash being collected for dumping purposes. It was such a painful experience to watch. When approached spoken to with respect he replied with contemptuous comments. As for hygiene, it was never observed. The bus was crammed to full capacity from Wherever it came from, picking up passengers along the way whenever space appeared like a typical local taxi. There was no ventilation or extraction in the bus. It was suffocating.
I'm not happy with my trip because the we were traveling with a bus that had technical problems and we had to wait for a mechanic to arrive and fix the problem
The bus left me while i had running stomach in the toilet so I had to book for a new trip and my first ticket was forfeited. I tried to explain but no help, had to book a new and staff in Bloemfontein office are not good to customers.
The bathrooms but was smelling, I even change from meddle to front seat, the root we took was a gravel with potholes for more that 10 kilometers at some point we stop in the middle of nowhere without any information why we stop.
Was very happy with all. Would have liked to book a seat pre departure as I'm old and have kniee problems and would have given me peace of mind. Overall though it was great
