Nice ride, comfortable quick and easy. The staff was curious and help. Will definitely take again.
Friendly helpful courteous and respectful upon arrival and then departure.
The bus driver unloaded my bag at Yorkdale. My stop was the terminal. My right hand is in a cast. I was very upset that I had to travel back to Yorkdale and take an uber home from that location. Cost me extra time and money and my bag could have been stolen. The driver did not apologize. It was a very bad experience.
First time experience on the bus and it was very good. Had a joy ride.
Coach operator was excellent. I witnessed him going above and beyond on 2 occasions during this trip alone.
There’s no wifi all 4 times I’ve taken the bus! It’s quite annoying for someone who needs to work off wifi
There was an elderly woman sitting in the row ahead of me. She left her purse on the bus when she got off in Barrie. No one noticed until after the bus had departed Barrie. I felt so badly for her. Upon arrival in Toronto I asked the bus driver how they would handle the woman's forgotten purse and he said not to worry, that he had her number on his passenger list and would be calling right away and the purse would be shipped to her. Thumbs up!! :-)
Satisfied passenger here! It was a smooth sailing trip..
The driver was very pleasant and professional. He drove skillfully and I’d recommend this service to friends and family.
So much better than driving to T.O. I enjoyed the scenery, the wi fi, the naps, the reading, the naps , the scenery . . .the maps.
Starting point not very clear as mentioned Sudbury Helth centre wheras at Ramsey Hospital main entrance
Snow covered road, freezing rain then a snow flurries . Everything went smoothly considering the terrible weather.
